*As standard, We Are Nook aims to ship orders the same day – however please note dispatch can take up to 5 days. The earlier in the day the order is placed, the more likely it will be dispatched that day… so don’t hesitate – place your orders
We offer free delivery on all UK mainland orders over £75 and all EU orders over £100. Orders will be sent via the following standard delivery methods.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES
UK Mainland: 48 hours (working days/ Could be 1-5 days depending)
Ireland Off Shore (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man,
Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles): 2-6 days (working days)
Republic of Ireland: 2-4 days (working days)
Europe: 3-7 days (working days)
Worldwide: 4-8 days (working days)

CUSTOMS & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
The following countries will incur an additional £25.00 surcharge. Herzegovina, Italy – San Marino, Norway and Switzerland.
All import duty and local taxes incurred when importing orders will be a cost borne by the customer.

SAME DAY DELIVERY
We can offer a Same-Day delivery option for customers based within London, again the earlier this is arranged, the better. Please email for quotes.
EUROPEAN EXPRESS OPTIONS
For urgent orders within Europe, we can upgrade the standard delivery to an Air Express option. Please email for an accurate quote and delivery estimate.
SATURDAY & SUNDAY DELIVERY
We offer a UK Saturday or Sunday delivery upgrade, please select this option at checkout. Note – this service is only available on orders processed before 12 noon on Friday. If you have not received your order confirmation by 12pm on Friday your order may not be delivered on the Saturday or Sunday. Please contact us if in doubt.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE
We offer a UK 10:30am next working day delivery upgrade and also a 12pm next working day delivery upgrade, please select this option at checkout. Note: Products ordered after 12 noon can not be guaranteed next working day delivery, even if this option is selected. Products ordered on a Friday will be delivered next working day, unless Saturday or Sunday delivery is specified.
PARCEL FORCE & DHL
All UK items will be sent via ParcelForce, a fully tracked courier service that delivers next day as standard anytime between 8am – 8pm. Various upgrades are offered, please enquire.
